Winter Rates:
November 15th thru April 15th..... $2,800 per night
Christmas

Presidents Week........$3,500 per night
Sundance Film Festival - Call for Rates
7 night minimum
SUMMER: $2,000 per night
Weddings, parties and special events are an additional charge.
We require a 50% deposit to hold the house. The balance of 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival.
We require a $500 cleaning fee.
Security Deposit required.. Fully refundable within 30 days after inspection of the house.

Interior Features: 11,000 square feet: 7 Bedrooms (two of those being Master Suites) Sleeps: 27 people (10 adults and 17 children) 9 Bathrooms , 7 Fireplaces, Sports Bar, dry heat sauna, 14 person outdoor hot tub 3 commercial sets of Washer/Dryer, Top of the line Audio Video equipment with ipod docks, stereo systems, TV Satellite, TIVO, DVD, Internet with dial up.
SPECIAL ON SITE SERVICES
We have Caretakers, that live at the Ranch full-time in a detached apartment. They are there to help, with any questions or problems, that you may have during your stay.
They can offer many services at an additional charge to include:
Babysitting
Cooking
Pre-arrival grocery shopping
Snowboarding lessons
Daily cleaning
Mid week cleaning
Baked goods, upon your arrival
Errands, and much much more....
